At Hillcrest Grove Apartments, we removed the damaged concrete panel, cleared debris, leveled the subgrade, and applied moisture conditioning for better bonding. Coordination with management ensured resident safety and limited access.

We then installed #4 rebar mesh and poured 4,000 psi fiber-reinforced concrete using laser screeding for a smooth finish. After saw-cutting control joints, we applied a matching broom finish and managed traffic with signs and barriers.
