Services Provided
  • Concrete restoration with 4,000 psi reinforced concrete and a smooth, durable finish

Our team commenced the Bellfort Pines Apartments sidewalk rehabilitation by precisely cutting and removing the damaged concrete segment, delineating the work area, excavating to the sub-base, and thoroughly cleaning and leveling the site before installing custom curved formwork to restore the original walkway alignment and slope.

We then reinforced the base with #4 rebar mesh and poured 4,000 psi high-strength concrete, using laser-guided screeding for a perfectly level surface and a broom finish to provide slip-resistant texture; saw-cut control joints were added according to the design layout, with safety cones, signage, and limited resident access maintained throughout the process.
